Turnaround Time/Shipping Policy

SHIPPING NOTICE: All major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, are experiencing significant shipping delays. USPS has reported unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which is causing them shipping delays/errors, and tracking inaccuracies. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering your orders on-time. We strongly suggest purchasing route shipping insurance on your package. Sister Sue’s is not responsible for packages lost by USPS if insurance was not purchased. Sister Sue’s is not responsible for items that be may lost or delayed in shipping. No refunds due to shipment delays or issues. Once the products leave Sister Sue’s possession, it is unfortunately out of our hands. Please contact the carrier for shipment delay/issue related questions and complaints.

All orders are pre-orders. Please allow extra time for us to get your items.

TAT= Turnaround Time (the amount of time it takes for us to package your order after it gets to us; excludes USPS/UPS’s shipping timeframe.)
